Tricks for healthier skin and hair

Hey girls, so everyone knows we will do whatever it takes to have beautiful skin and hair. I have done my research and tried a few things out. All of which, totally worked for me. Some are a little strange but it caused a difference for me. I'll take that over acne and broken hair any day.

  • Lemon and honey: Take half of a lemon and pour 100% Pure Organic Honey on it, scrub it on your face for about a minute. Leave this on for about 3 minutes before washing it off. Be sure not to get it in your eyes! It leaves your face glowing and helps get rid of acne naturally!

  • Olive Oil: Massage olive oil into your hair and leave it on for 30 minutes. Then wash out with shampoo and conditioner. This will leave your hair silky smooth, and also repair broken ends.

  • Egg Whites: Massage egg whites into your hair to allow broken ends to repair and it will also help smooth your hair out. This isn't my favorite, but it works.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: Put a small amount of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink up every night! It has many help benefits along side brighter glowing skin.

  • Massage: Massage your scalp daily! I promise this works. It opens the follicles that allow for hair growth.

  • Trim: be sure to trim your hair every 8 weeks to get rid of broken ends

  • Blowdrying: don't do it! It causes so much damage to your hair. If you must do it, use the cool setting so your hair doesn't get too hot.

  • Biotin: take a 5,000 mcg pill a day for hair growth, nail growth, and pretty skin.
